PRIVACY

Privacy

Last updated 6 October 2026 (draft)

What we keep

Your account: your name, your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your role, and when you joined and verified.

Your sessions: a hash of each sign-in token, when it was made and last used, and the IP address and browser it came from. Signing out deletes it.

What you upload and what we build from it: the model, the object, its pictures, its build log, and how long each build took.

If you join the waitlist: your email address and when you joined.

Our servers log each request (address, page, time) for up to 14 days to keep the service running and safe.

Why

To run your account and build your objects, to send the mails the service needs (verifying your address, resetting your password, your invite), to keep limits fair, and to find and fix problems. We send no newsletters and no advertising, and use no tracking cookies.

Who else processes it

Google Cloud (Vertex AI): renders of each model you upload, and its size, go to the Gemini model once per build, to understand what the object is and what moves.

[Hosting provider, e.g. Hetzner, Germany]: our server and its backups.

[Email provider]: delivers the service's mails.

[Error reporting, if used]: technical details of errors, without your uploads.

Cookies

One cookie, inhabitable_session, keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, so there is no consent banner. Nothing else is stored in your browser except your viewer settings.

How long

Your account and objects stay until you delete them or the alpha ends. Deleting an object removes its files at once and from backups within 14 days. To delete your account, write to us.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or take it with you. Write to [contact address]; we answer within a month. [Your supervisory authority / jurisdiction.]
