TERMS
Terms of the alpha
Last updated 6 October 2026 (draft)
The alpha
inhabitable is in a closed alpha: an early, invite-only test. It may change, pause or stop at any time, and what you build in it may be deleted when the alpha ends. We will tell you by email before that happens.
The service is provided as it is, without any warranty that it works, stays available, or that its results are correct or fit for a purpose.
Your account
You need an invite code to create an account, and you must be at least 16. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.
What you upload
Upload only models you own or have the right to use, and that you may let us process. You keep every right you have in them.
You give us permission to store your uploads, to process them (this includes sending renders of them to Google's Gemini model to understand what they are), and to show the results to you. We do not show your objects to anyone else and do not use them to train models.
What you get back
The files the pipeline makes from your upload (the object, its manifest, its exports) are yours to use as far as your rights in the upload allow.
Fair use
Do not upload anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or files made to break or overload the service. During the alpha there are limits on uploads and builds per day; we may change them, and suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability, law and the operator
[To be written: the legal entity that runs inhabitable, its address, the limits of liability, and the governing law.]
Changes and contact
We may change these terms; we will email you about any change that matters. Questions and takedown requests: [contact address].
